All plants are inspected on-site by the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture to ensure they are disease and pest free. Live plants require proper handling and follow up care to flourish. Without proper care and handling, your survival rates could be low.

What's Covered

• Trees or shrubs that fail within 45 days from date of pick up or delivery.

What's "Not" Covered

• Incorrect site selection  
• Improper watering (over or under watering)
• Improper fertilizer burn or death
• Damage and/or loss from extreme weather events.
• Damage and/or loss from Shipping carrier.  

How To File a Claim

• Contact A.J.'s within the 45 day window from date of Pick up or Delivery:  (pictures are very helpful)

If you receive a Claim Approval

• A one-time replacement (if available) or a credit for future use will be given equal to the value of the lost nursery stock.
• If a credit is issued, it must be redeemed the following season.
