Hello and Welcome,

My name is AJ and thank you for checking out my Nursery Website. Long story short I am a stay-at-home dad who decided to take my hobby and start a business. I was a Mechanical Engineer for 20 years and when life changes allowed me to stay home to raise my 2 youngest children of 7, I decided to start growing more of the trees and shrubs that I was enjoying around my current and previous homes. Northern White Cedar (The Tree of Life) started it all for me. During my time spent at a property I had purchased on a small lake in Northern Maine, I had my first experience with reintroducing native trees back into a forest that was clear-cut by a paper mill 30 years prior. I started planning the project and searching online for native trees. I purchased and planted Northern White Cedar, Fir, Birch and Spruce. Over a period of ten years, I loved watching them grow in what seemed like leaps and bounds, because I would only see them once a month or, at times, less frequently. Fast forward to today and A.J.'s Evergreen Nursery, LLC is born In June 2022. It's a backyard nursery here at my home in Westminster, MA. My original business model was to grow Northern White Cedar only, because that's what started my passion, but there are so many other amazing trees for different purposes and esthetics. I hope to add many different offerings in time. So again, thanks for taking a look and hopefully I have something that will interest you. I am currently doing in-person sales and online order pickups by appointment but I'm typically here with the kids, so my availability is pretty much 24/7. As of September 2023 I started shipping my plants throughout the United States(some restrictions apply) and Shipping is Always FREE.
